Have you ever seen the movie, 13 Going On 30? If you haven’t, that’s ok I’ll tell you where I’m going with this. Part of the movie is based around revamping a magazine and one idea was to showcase REAL people. That’s what I’m trying to do with my product shoots. I want to show real people in the clothes. I just got my images back from my grand idea of a product shoot and I am blown away. Kayla did an outstanding job and I can’t wait to have another.
This was a learning experience by far, but I am happy on how far I have come. I held 3 product shoot days. One was in Plymouth, MI, one in South Lyon, MI, and the last in Mt. Pleasant, MI. These 3 locations are near and dear to me because they’re all places I have lived. I grew up in Plymouth/Canton, I bought my first condo in South Lyon, and I went to school (fire up chips!) in Mt. Pleasant (and moved back later in life). I have made a video that showcase the images I have and have made a few tik toks on the behind the scenes footage. I’m not great at the tik tok thing but they’re fun to make!
